R&R POLICY


Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in cases where the products are defective or faulty.
  • Defective or Faulty Products: If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact Usentek within seven (7) days of receiving the product to arrange for a return or refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
 

Return Requirements:To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following requirements:

  • Original Packaging: All returns must include the original packaging and all accessories.
  • Non-Quality Related Claims: For warranty claims not related to product quality, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Quality-Related Claims: For warranty claims related to product quality, Usentek will refund the cost of the product itself.
  • Return Conditions: Returns may be rejected if the items do not meet the above requirements.


Purchases Through Usentek Retailers:
For purchases made through retailers other than usentek, please contact the retailer directly for their return and refund policies.
